Shipping availability:
Please note that shipping availability and estimated delivery times may vary. For the most up-to-date delivery information, please refer to the tracking details provided in your shipping confirmation email. Lucent also offers rush delivery with 48 hours for an appropriate shipping fee.


Shipping Delays:
At Lucent Optical, we aim to deliver your order promptly. However, external factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions, natural disasters, customs procedures, incorrect addresses, or supply chain disruptions, may occasionally cause delays. For the most current updates on any shipping disruptions, please refer to your local mail service or your tracking information.

Rush Delivery
Rush & Overnight Delivery

We offer expedited options to speed up the production of your frames. Please review the shipping and handling fees for each option:
Rush Delivery: $19 for the first frame, $4.95 for each additional frame.
Overnight Delivery: $29 for the first frame, $4.95 for each additional frame (up to 5).
Please note that Rush and Overnight orders cannot be canceled due to the expedited manufacturing process.

Duties, Taxes, and Additional Charges
Any duties, taxes, or additional non-refundable fees imposed by customs are the responsibility of the recipient.

Military Addresses (APO/FPO)
Orders to military addresses require additional processing time, so standard shipping timelines do not apply. Delivery times may be longer for APO and FPO addresses.
